POLICY ON REFUNDS

When you make your reservation, we purchase your certification card immediately. Then we reserve a seat for you and the fees associated with your request to take the class. Emergencies do arise and if you contact me at least 3 hours prior to the class date and time by text message or voice mail we can reschedule you. This reschedule date must be within a 30-day window of the original date and the cost is an additional fee of $25.00.
